About Multi Disease Prediction Model

Multi Disease prediction is a machine learning/deep learning model developed to predict the possible chronic Diseases to members in the future by observing historical data. Multi Disease prediction is nothing but at a single instance model can predict multiple conditions for a member.

Purpose:

• To study and analyze historical data of claims, demographics and labs data to predict member’s condition.
• Predicting the member’s future condition would help business to identify and incorporate high risk members into Disease management program to prevent them from occurring.
• Model was specifically developed for Preventive programs of chronic diseases.

Multi Disease Prediction Model:

Deep learning models are trained on input data received from CPS (claims data) and Care Management (Labs data) to predict events in future. Model considers the most recent 24 month’s history to predict the likelihood of an event happening in the next 3 months.
